Preface:
Thru the darkness and the enlightenment this project has come forth into a manifested reality. Like water breaking in the womb, life was created. Just when all the tension reached a boiling point, beauty surfaced. Similar to the evolution of man this project too had to evolve in order to survive. We had to take baby steps to get to the point of maturity we have been blessed to reach. Knowledge was attracted our way and Wisdom is close enough to touch. Success is what we strive for and we are confident enough to say we will gain the success we always dreamed of based on the strength and purity of this project. So we now feel we are ready to introduce the world to our project. We went thru somethings to get here. It wasn't all easy. All of it took hard-work. Some of it was fun. Some of it was frustrating and beyond our control. This Hip-Hop thing isn't all fun and games. We take ourselves seriously. We do this to reach the masses with truth, strength, knowledge of self, warmth, etc. We are able to take notice that we are forever blessed to have accomplished such a feat. When you begin to look at the cycle of life and realize how easy it is to survive and how easy it is to die no matter what the environment is, you begin to appreciate your own existence more and more each day. Only when you can get to this point of self-awareness and break-thru and find 'self' will you be able to understand where we are coming from. Then, maybe you can open up your hearts and minds and invite us in to your soul thru way of our music. Due to our ethnicities and backgrounds we never will let anything get in our way. We've been thru the struggle. The struggle of growing up in the hood. The struggle of politics and authority. The struggle of being different. But most importantly the struggle we created in our own minds. We let these devils fool us for too long. We will always overcome... With that being said please enjoy our album "Human Beings".
